Just because Gossip Girl Blake Lively has hit instant fame doesn’t mean she can’t still shop on a budget. She can and she did recently with this Alpinestars Chambray Shirtdress ($68) she wore on her way to The Late Show With David Letterman. The bodacious blonde is really into casual shirtdresses, but considering the weather is warm and her body is hot, I can’t blame her. I like how she rolled up the sleeves and went unbuttoned for an effortless feel. The dress could use some ironing, but since it’s a casual style, it works. Â
